BSIHORL. For the originator of BSIHORLs

I promised Morgan a BSIHOR award for this one.   Funny thing is, BSIHOR is a distinctly Morgan K. Freeberg concept.  He started it.  In a way, he's getting his own award, only it's being bestowed by me.
