“I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others, rather than to be false, and to incur my own abhorrence.” - Frederick Douglass
One thing the 24,000 pages of Sarah Palin Email email did show, apparently, was the civility of her leftist opponents.
The release of 24,000 pages of Sarah Palin's emails shows that she received a barrage of abusive emails including death threats in the run up to the 2008 presidential race.
I don't know who said it, but it's one of the truest thoughts ever penned: if "they had the time to go through 24,000 pages of a non-candidate's email chatter but couldn't bother to read 2,000 pages of Obamacare" isn't in every single Republican campaign commercial from now until the end of time, the GOP doesn't deserve to win.
Isn't making death threats to a VP presidential candidate a federal crime or something? Did the Secret Service bother to investigate? Why aren't these people in jail?
