Clinton basically agrees that Bush & Blair were not, in fact, lying

... but rather responding in what they felt was an appropriate manner to the intelligence the world had on Iraq at the time. Clinton faults the CIA and FBI for not cooperating and acting on intelligence about 9/11 -- and these are the same folks that worked for him.
